Loran has more than 15 years of deep experience in retained search and executive recruiting for PE-backed, digital transformation, and entrepreneurial roles across various industries and functions. Prior to MontaRosa, he built a client-facing digital talent and executive search capability at BCG Digital Ventures, working across the firm's portfolio of operating companies as well as larger-scale digital transformation and digital turnaround engagements for other BCG clients.

Previously, Loran led Executive Recruiting for Google’s Global Partnerships & Business Development organization, including for Area 120, Google’s internal accelerator and incubator, and extensive work hiring the leadership team for Google Health and YouTube. He began his career launching the China practice for a global financial services search firm, working with both global financial institutions entering the Greater China market, as well as domestic Chinese firms looking to expand internationally.
