David has over 25 years of experience in talent management, leadership, learning, and organizational development. David has transformed cultures and improved the performance of several financial services organizations (living and working in London, New York, Moscow, and Riyadh).

Using the latest research, best practices, and cutting-edge methods, David has worked closely with C-Suite and senior leadership along with external partners such as NASA, McChrystal Group, and others to enhance organizational performance and create positive cultures. After completing a Ph.D. in Leadership, he started his career as a generalist HR Business Partner and also understands the full HR remit. David is based in London.
