Carolyn’s specialty is in privately held businesses - family-owned or venture-backed - mainly in industry but also in consumer and tech, where she has long experience bringing diverse talent to the boardrooms and C-suites of client companies. Carolyn has a well-established network of investors and entrepreneurs that provide MontaRosa with the opportunity to create value across the European and international markets.

Carolyn is a long-standing member of the Zurich Board of the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce and is on the Board of the de Vigier Foundation, which awards five promising Swiss-based start-ups with unrestricted cash prizes every year.
