Carolyn’s speciality is in private equity, venture capital and family offices, where she has long experience of bringing diverse talent to the boardrooms and C-suites of client companies. Carolyn has a well-established network of investors and entrepreneurs that provide MontaRosa with the opportunity to create value across the European and international markets.

Carolyn is a long-standing member of the Geneva board of the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce and is on the board of the de Vigier Foundation, which awards promising Swiss-based startups with unrestricted cash prizes. Carolyn is based in Zurich.
